National Symphony Orchestra
The Muppet Christmas Carol in Concert
Enjoy a magical twist on a timeless tale with Disney’s The Muppet Christmas Carol in Concert Live to Film! The NSO brings this heartwarming holiday classic to life, performing Miles Goodman’s original score live alongside the movie.
Join Kermit the Frog as Bob Cratchit, Miss Piggy as Emily, and Gonzo as Charles Dickens himself as they retell Charles Dickens’ classic story. When the grumpy Ebenezer Scrooge (Michael Caine) receives Christmas Eve visits from the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future, they open his eyes—and his heart—to the true meaning of Christmas.
The original score was composed by Miles Goodman (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Little Shop of Horrors) with songs by Oscar®, Emmy®, and Grammy®-winning songwriter Paul Williams (“Rainbow Connection,” “Evergreen”).
