How to Purchase ADA Tickets
- On Ticketmaster, select the “Show Accessible Tickets” filter when browsing. This will display available ADA seating inventory. These seats are removable for wheelchair space and available to anyone who needs accessible seating.
- If you need help identifying the best options for your needs—especially for fully seated shows—please call our Box Office or email ada@theanthemdc.com before purchasing. We’ll be happy to advise.
General Admission (GA) / Standing Room Shows
- If ADA-designated seats appear sold out, guests with mobility or other accessible needs should purchase General Admission tickets, then submit an ADA accommodation request.
- We reserve space at all GA shows to seat guests who require accommodations; but please note that if you do not arrive by the time that the headliner starts your seat(s) may be given away to other ADA patrons.
- We can guarantee one companion seat next to the guest needing accommodation until the list is full. We will do our best to seat additional party members nearby, as space allows each night.
Fully Seated Shows
- Fully seated shows have limited ADA seating inventory, which is available through Ticketmaster only.
- Once ADA seats are sold out, our ability to relocate or accommodate accessible seating is limited.
- For guidance on which seats may be most accessible (aisle seats, close to restrooms, etc.), please contact us before purchase. phone: 202-888-0020, or email ada@theanthemdc.com
Companion Seating
- When purchasing accessible tickets, guests may purchase as many tickets as needed for their party—subject to availability.
- For General Admission ticket holders requesting accommodations, we can guarantee one companion seat until the list is full.
Last-Minute Requests & At-the-Door Accommodations
- While advance notice is strongly encouraged, guests are welcome to request ADA assistance at the door.

Tickets Purchased Through Third-Party Vendors
